SAP Time Functional Consultant Rate: Up to £86.00 per hour Umbrella About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SAP Time Functional Consultant to join a Reward Operations team within the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Time Management solutions, working closely with business users and technical teams to deliver effective time and attendance processes.Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders relating to time and attendance processes, including working time, absences, overtime, and shift planning. Design and configure SAP Time Management solutions, including time schemas, time rules, time types, absence types, work schedules, and public holiday calendars. Ensure seamless integration of SAP Time Management with SAP Payroll, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration. Develop functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, and reports, working closely with ABAP developers to support accurate implementation. Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution. Create and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and end-user training materials.
