SAP Time Functional Consultant

We are supporting a client seeking an experienced SAP Time Management (PT) Functional Consultant to support Reward Operations.This role requires a deep understanding of business processes related to time and attendance, and a strong technical background in SAP HCM.SAP Time Functional ConsultantJob Type: ContractPay: £86 per hour (Umbrella)Work hours: 35 hours per weekLocation: Mostly remote with occasional travel to office in Broughton, UKDuration: 6 months Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements for time andamp; attendance (working time, absences, overtime, shifts).- Design and configure SAP Time Management (PT) solutions, including time schemas (PE01), time rules (PE02), time types, absence types, work schedules, and public holiday calendars.- Ensure integration with SAP Payroll, OM, and PA.- Create functional specs and collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements.- Lead/support unit, integration, and UAT testing; manage defects.- Produce system documentation and training materials.- Provide post-go-live support and user training.- Identify and drive process and system improvements.Skills andamp; Experience- 5+ years SAP Time Management configuration and implementation experience.- Strong understanding of time evaluation, time recording, and Payroll integration.- Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.- Experience with at least two full SAP ..... full job details .....
