SAP Test Lead

SAP Test Lead Duration: 6 months (Extension possible) Location: UK Remote (Occasional visits Worthing or Telford) Rate: £515/day (Inside IR35) Clearance: SC eligible required - UK residents only Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to lead a team of Test Analysts through the preparation and execution of test phases across one or more release-based projects, within a dynamic, fast-moving SAP delivery environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead testing activities across one or more projects, assigning and monitoring work across Test Analysts Track progress against plans, resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate where needed Report regularly on progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders Coach Test Analysts in processes and industry-standard test techniques Produce and agree system test plans and completion reports Lead test workshops and own test sign-off documentation Act as Test SME, supporting process improvement and best practice Requirements: ISEB/ISTQB Foundation, Agile Tester Extension (or equivalent experience) Defect management tool experience (JIRA or similar) Strong people management and coaching skills Solid understanding of SDLC (Waterfall and Agile delivery models) Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Proven experience analysing requirements from functional/technical specs to identify test conditions Comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven delivery environment ..... full job details .....
