Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, ensuring successful outcomes, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.Partner with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to define HR operating models, technology strategies and transformation roadmaps.Provide subject matter expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, guiding solution design, configuration and implementation activities.Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, thought leadership and mentoring delivery teams.
