The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in EC configuration, BIB-based replication, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to ensure seamless data flow between EC and SAP ECC. This role will focus on maintaining the integrity of HR data across systems, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimizing EC-SAP HR connectivity. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain EC data models, MDF objects, business rules, and workflows, ensuring accurate integration with SAP HR. Configure and manage BIB configuration between EC and SAP ECC ensuring accurate employee and organizational data replication.
