SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect - Critical October Go-Live Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a critical October go-live, acting as a trusted advisor to HR IT leadership through cutover, production readiness and hypercare. This is a high-visibility engagement for a proven EC specialist who can step in and add immediate value at a pivotal stage of the programme. The Role You''ll serve as strategic advisor to the HR IT Head and project leadership, reviewing cutover planning, assessing go-live readiness, and providing architectural oversight through deployment. Post go-live, you''ll support hypercare, stabilisation, historical data migration and future EC enhancements.
