SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Robert Half International is supporting a global consulting organisation delivering services into a major Utilities client. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of a complex SuccessFactors environment. This is a hands-on functional consulting role focused on resolving support issues, delivering change requests and enhancements, introducing new capabilities, and supporting the integration of SuccessFactors within a wider SAP S/4HANA landscape.Assignment DetailsInitial 6-month contractHybrid working with occasional travel to the Solihull areaCirca £550/day via UmbrellaInterview process expected over the next 1-2 weeksLikely start date mid-June to July depending on availability and onboardingKey ResponsibilitiesResolve functional support tickets across the SuccessFactors platformDeliver change requests, enhancements and configuration updatesSupport the rollout of new SuccessFactors capabilitiesProvide functional consulting expertise to business stakeholdersWork closely with HR, Technology and Transformation teamsSupport integration activity aligned to a wider SAP S/4HANA programmeContribute towards platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiativesRequired ExperienceIdeally Utilities sector experienceSAP SuccessFactors certificationStrong SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experienceEmployee Central (EC)Employee Central Payroll (ECP)Recruitment / ..... full job details .....
