Role Title: SAP Success Factors Test LeadLocation: Milton Keynes/Hybrid- 2/3 daysDuration: 31/12/2026Rate: £223/day (Inside IR35) Role Description: - This is a worldwide delivery which other countries have already delivered, preference would be to have a TL that has experience of delivering SAP success factors. - Proven experience as a Test Lead in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations or rollouts - Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting - Experience managing onsite test teams and coordinating with offshore counterparts - Ability to drive test governance, track milestones, and escalate risks proactively - Hands-on experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles - Experience in success factors modules like Employee Central (EC), Recruitment andamp; Onboarding, Learning andamp; Development, Payroll Integration (if applicable), Performance andamp; Goals - Understanding of integration points with SAP HCM/ERP and third-party systems - Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, X-Ray - Strong working knowledge of test case design, defect life cycle, regression testing - Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery models used in enterprise SAP programs - Experience with data migration testing, cutover validation, or change request testing - Excellent verbal and written ..... full job details .....
