They have a big focus on sustainability and believe the only way to grow their business is to do this in a sustainable way.Your new role An opportunity has arisen to join their People Practice, which is a key cornerstone of their business - they support technical innovation and adoption of cutting-edge solutions across their growing SuccessFactors team. They are looking to bring in a Manager to focus on complex engagements with a variety of clients to help them understand how Cloud-based BCM technologies can improve overall business performance.They are looking for consultants to help develop and grow the SucessFactors practice. This will include helping to lead and manage one or more functional workstreams, including managing small to medium-sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams. They will need to work closely with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery. The Consultant will be required to manage all aspects of the project, including project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and managing the scope of the project.
