Lead day-to-day SAP support operations across a global environment, ensuring performance, availability, and SLA compliance.Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change management; serve as escalation point for support issues.Manage vendor relationships for SAP support and Application Management Services (AMS).Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and service optimisation.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, security standards, and licensing regulations.Lead SAP change and release management processes.Provide strategic direction for BAU SAP projects.Line manage a multi-functional SAP support team, including functional consultants, BI development, and governance.About You
Proven track record in leading application functions through significant growth and transformation.Strong expertise in SAP technologies, particularly S/4HANA.Experience managing remote and outsourced teams.Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of SOx-compliant environments.Budget management experience.Why Join?
