Currently, we are looking for a SAP S4/HANA Solution Architect at a Senior Manager Level to join the team.

You Will Be Responsible For

Designing, configuring, and deploying S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.

Lead solution architecture assessments with key client stakeholders.

Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.

Translate client requirements into the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutions.

Resolve key design decisions focusing on best practice, adopt-not-adapt solutions.

Mobilize the team and set up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for the delivery team to succeed.

Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new or existing clients.

Train, coach, and supervise team members.

This Role Is For You If

Experience of implementing SAP in the Utilities sector with exposure to one or more of: Water Utilities, Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution, Nuclear Energy and Renewable Energy.

Evidence of at least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA programmes in the Utilities sector.

Deep technical expertise in one or more core SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Asset management/EAM).

Led solution strategy and design for multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

Ability to adapt to new technologies in a fast-moving SAP landscape.

Strong to excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internal and with clients.

Pre-sales experience and strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs.
