The position is Full time on site in Tunstall, five days per week. Only candidates with a strong, demonstrable SAP programme background will be considered. TalentBank Technology is working with a Tunstall manufacturing business to appoint a permanent SAP S/4HANA Programme Lead Analyst to take a senior, autonomous role at the heart of a major greenfield ERP implementation. This is a programme-critical appointment. The business is deploying SAP S/4HANA from scratch - no existing documentation, no ERP presence on the factory floor. The appointed lead will be the functional authority on the programme: setting the direction for requirements, process design and solution validation across all phases, while managing the relationship with the external SAP integrator and ultimately absorbing their function as the engagement transitions. The scope is broad and the accountability is real. Covering SAP MM, SD, FI/CO and PP across warehousing, finance, planning, sales, purchasing and a full factory rollout, this role demands someone who has done it before at a senior level and can operate with a high degree of independence from day one.
