SAP S/4HANA Programme Communications Lead - Southern England

A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Communications Lead to support a major business transformation programme. The programme is entering a critical phase of its SAP S/4HANA rollout and requires a high-energy, credible communications professional who can deliver clear, engaging and consistent programme messaging across the business. Working closely with Programme Leadership, the Change Lead, PMO and the wider transformation team, the successful candidate will help maintain engagement, build confidence and ensure that key messages are effectively communicated across programme teams, senior leadership and operational stakeholders. This is not a traditional internal communications role. It requires someone who can quickly understand a complex SAP programme, engage confidently with senior stakeholders and create communications that generate momentum and support successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the programme communications strategy for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. Develop and execute engaging communications aligned with programme milestones, deployment activity and go-live phases. Work closely with Programme Leadership, the Change Lead, PMO and functional workstreams to ensure messaging is clear, accurate and consistent.
