SAP S/4 HANA Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to drive quality assurance within our SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP testing, hands-on experience with S/4HANA, and strong exposure to automation testing. This role will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring that all SAP implementations, integrations, and updates meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and functionality.Responsibilities

Develop and document comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules for SAP S/4HANA projects.Ensure testing covers all essential aspects, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Identify 3rd party application test requirements.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to execute test cases effectively.Allocate tasks and manage resources to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.Ensure the SAP S/4HANA environment meets all functional, performance, and security requirements.Validate system compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.Coordinate and execute integration testing to verify seamless interactions between SAP S/4HANA and other SAP enterprise systems and third-party applications.Ensure all interfaces function correctly within the overall SAP ecosystem.Act as the primary point of contact for all testing activities and communicate progress, issues, and test results to project managers, business analysts, developers, and other key stakeholders.Identify potential risks in the deployment and testing processes and propose strategies to minimize impact.Prepare detailed test reports, including outcomes, identified issues, and actionable recommendations; maintain thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, defect logs, and test results.Propose enhancements to testing processes based on post-deployment feedback and industry best practices; stay updated on emerging technologies in SAP testing.Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end-users to ensure the system meets operational needs and expectations.Qualifications

Strong background in SAP testing with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.Experience with automation testing and end-to-end testing lifecycles.Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers; excellent stakeholder communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with development and support teams; strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.Seniority level
