SAP Payroll and Time Advisor

SAP Payroll and Time Advisor Location: Broughton, hybrid Rate: £17.24 per hour PAYE Contract: 6 month with potential for extension Morson are recruiting on behalf of a global aerospace and defence client for an experienced SAP Payroll and Time Advisor to join their Reward Operations team in Broughton. You''ll be responsible for processing a variety of payroll, time and HR administration transactions, supporting employees with payroll queries, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities Process payroll transactions including overtime, one-off payments, P45s, court orders and statutory payments Process time-related changes including sickness, shift changes and overtime Respond to payroll queries via telephone and ticketing system Produce HR documentation including employment references and correspondence Support HR administration and flexible benefits processes About You Previous payroll administration experience Knowledge of PAYE, SSP, SMP, pensions, student loans and statutory deductions Experience using SAP or another payroll system (SAP desirable) Strong administration and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident working independently and as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global aerospace and defence organisation through Morson Recruitment.
