SAP Manager An exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Manager to join a Local Authority IT Services team within Enterprise Architecture and Systems Services. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance (at Britannia House, Bradford) determined by programme and business needs.You will lead the SAP function, ensuring high-quality operational service delivery while playing a key role in a major ERP transformation programme, including the selection and implementation of a new system. Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP incident, problem, and service management (BAU)Oversee SAP change and release processes, including CAB governanceSupport ERP transformation and migration to a new platformManage SAP vendors and third-party suppliersEnsure SAP security, access controls, and audit complianceEngage with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutionsLead and develop the SAP support team Key Skills and ExperienceStrong SAP support and delivery experience across multiple modulesExperience in SAP solution design, configuration, testing, and documentationExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProven ability to lead teams and deliver service improvementsExperience supporting projects and large-scale system changesTechnical KnowledgeSAP FI/CO, HR/Payroll, ESS/MSSSAP PS, SD/MM, PI, Portal, FioriABAP, BASIS, Solution ManagerSecurity, Workflow, Transports ..... full job details .....
