SAP ILM / Archiving Consultant (OpenText)Salary: Up to £95,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLocation: Leeds - Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Full timeJob Type: PermanentA globally established organisation is seeking an experienced SAP ILM / Archiving Consultant to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme.This role will focus on designing, implementing and optimising SAP Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions across complex SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA and BW/4HANA. You will play a key role in ensuring data compliance, system performance and efficient data lifecycle management within a modern SAP environment.Responsibilities for the SAP ILM / Archiving Consultant:Design and deliver SAP Data and Document Archiving and ILM solutions across ECC, S/4HANA and BW/4HANAIntegrate SAP with OpenText solutions (Archive Center, Document Access) and SAP Content Server via ArchiveLinkDefine and implement data retention and archiving strategies aligned to regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, etc.)Collaborate with BASIS, Security and business teams to manage data growth and system performanceSupport archiving readiness across SIT, UAT, performance testing and go-live cyclesMonitor archiving jobs, troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and throughputEnsure solutions meet compliance, audit and operational requirementsEssential Skills for the SAP ILM / Archiving Consultant:Strong experience with SAP ILM and Data ..... full job details .....
