Strong experience of on-site floorwalking/user support, issue clarification, incident triage, ServiceNow ticket creation and escalation is required. Experience operating within shift-based/24x7 Hypercare environments and complex manufacturing is highly desirable; aerospace/Airbus experience is advantageous.
