SAP Hypercare Support Specialist PP, MM, QM

Start: April 2027Duration: 12 Months + ExtensionsLocation: Broughton, North Wales (Onsite)Rate: £500-550 per day Outside IR35Representative Hypercare SpecialistSAP-certified Hypercare/Level 1 Support Specialist with demonstrable SAP S/4HANA functional experience in PP/Manufacturing and/or MM/QM, aligned to shop-floor manufacturing, Supply Chain/Logistics and Quality processes. Strong experience of on-site floorwalking/user support, issue clarification, incident triage, ServiceNow ticket creation and escalation is required. Experience operating within shift-based/24x7 Hypercare environments and complex manufacturing is highly desirable; aerospace/Airbus experience is advantageous. Airbus has confirmed that Hypercare is Level 1, SAP-focused, requires on-site presence and expects coaches to clarify issues at the workplace before jointly raising tickets where escalation is required.Important: Bid-Stage OpportunityThis role forms part of an active Akkodis consulting bid and is subject to the successful outcome of the bid process. We are currently identifying suitable contractors to form the proposed delivery team for an April 2027 start. If successful, you would be expected to take up the contract and work as part of the Akkodis delivery team supporting the client. Shortlisted candidates may also be asked to support a final client presentation or solution discussion as part of the bid.
