This role requires someone with strong hands-on knowledge of SAP EWM who can quickly pick up existing training materials, understand the processes behind them and confidently deliver training to operational end users. Ideally, you will be capable of sitting through an existing training course once, absorbing the content and subsequently delivering the training yourself. Following training delivery, you will continue to support the programme through go-live and post-go-live hypercare, providing floor-walking and hands-on EWM support to users.
