The work covers preparing, cleansing, converting, loading and reconciling data through repeated migration cycles, leading up to a successful go-live. Key responsibilities Prepare and maintain migration plans, mapping specifications and runbooks. Support business teams in cleansing non-SAP data and preparing master and transactional data templates. Maintain source-to-target mappings and transformation rules. Develop migration scripts (for example, LSMW), run test loads and resolve failures. Carry out dress rehearsals and reconciliations to ensure data quality. Support cut-over planning, production migration and post go-live hypercare. Essential skills Hands-on experience migrating data from non-SAP systems to SAP ECC6. Experience developing data load programmes (for example, LSMW). Strong understanding of SAP data objects.
