Are you an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst with a passion for optimising business processes? This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping how SAP S/4HANA is utilised within a dynamic and fast-moving organisation.The RoleAs the SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing SAP processes within the Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance and Controlling (FICO) cycles. This is a standalone role within the UK and Europe team, collaborating with global colleagues, including a well-established team in the USA.Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and translate complex requirements into functional SAP solutions.Configure SAP S/4HANA OTC, P2P, and FICO modules to align with business processes.Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and efficiency improvements.Troubleshoot SAP-related technical issues and collaborate with offshore and global teams to implement effective solutions.Support master data management, ensuring integrity and accuracy across SAP systems.Develop and maintain SAP reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP programming.Ensure global SAP templates and standards are adhered to and continuously improved.About You

To succeed in this role, you\''ll need:Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, particularly within OTC (Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management).Strong functional and technical expertise, including ABAP programming.Proven ability to manage full end-to-end project cycles - from requirements gathering to implementation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.A proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.The ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Desirable
