Sander / Prep Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity
£14.00 per hour | Immediate Start Available
We are currently recruiting for a Sander / Prep Operative to join a well-established and growing company. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, career progression, and plenty of overtime.
The Role:

• Sanding and preparing frames before they move through to the paint department
• Ensuring all products are finished to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a supportive production team

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Flexible start times available between 6:00am and 10:30am (as long as you work an 8 hour shift)

What We're Looking For:

• A reliable and hardworking individual
• Someone comfortable with repetitive work and able to maintain attention to detail
• A full driving licence and access to transport is essential due to the client's location
• Previous sanding, preparation, manufacturing, or production experience is beneficial but not essential
