Salary:
£65,385 to £79,915 per annum plus benefits
Hours:
35 hours, full-time
Working Pattern:
Hybrid, at least two days per week at hubs

Key Responsibilities
Reviewing Sanctions Policy and assessing impacts of changes
Managing risks and control effectiveness for Sanctions Policy
Reviewing potential sanctions matches and determining treatment strategies
Maintaining Policy waivers
Supporting Major Change initiatives to ensure sanctions requirements are captured and delivered
Accountabilities
Leading sanctions regulatory and Lloyds Banking Group policy requirements for Insurance, Pensions and Investments division
Ensuring compliance with sanctions standards across the division, providing analysis, advice, and guidance tailored to senior stakeholders
Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and influencing business priorities
Analyzing data to inform proposals and influence decisions
Applying expertise to embed risk mitigation into sanctions controls
Providing support and guidance on fraud and financial crime risks
Executing risk management processes, procedures, and controls aligned with data-led risk strategies
About You
Experience of sanctions regulation in a Life and Pensions business
Expert understanding of sanctions risks and developing mitigating actions
Ability to analyze data from various sources and assess impacts
Line management experience, developing financial crime specialists
Ability to implement actions and controls to improve policy compliance
