This exciting opportunity is based in Cubitt Town and offers the chance to play a crucial role in maintaining compliance and upholding regulatory standards within the organisation.Position Overview:As a Sanctions and Screening Associate, you will be integral in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the sanctions team. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include: Reviewing sanctions screening results from the bank''s software tool for vendors, suppliers, and customers across EMEA.Analysing sanctions alert referrals from transaction control to determine if they require escalation or can be resolved with thorough research.Ensuring all referrals are consistently reviewed within agreed cut-off times, adhering to bank policies and procedures.Participating in quality assurance initiatives and resolving issues promptly while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
