You will ensure that all technical, quality, and safety standards (Network Rail standards) are met. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Leadership:  Lead on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities, mentoring S&T Technicians, Installers, and Apprentices. Construction Management:  Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements). S&T Focus:  Plan and oversee works involving signaling equipment, points machines, control systems, and lineside fibre networks. Quality & Assurance:  Inspect ongoing work, ensure compliance with design documents, and manage red-line mark-up drawings.
