Job Title: Samples OperativeLocation: PooleSalary: 25,000 - 27,000 P/AJob Type: Full-time, temp to perm opportunity Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 4pm HRGO Recruitment is seeking a Samples Operative to join our client''s leading fabric design business, renowned for offering luxury wallpapers and accessories to customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities:Pick and cut stock to fulfil sample orders, checking for quality and paying due regard to health and safety requirementsRecord information in written form and on the computer system and use the system to manage the ordering and distribution of samplesManual handling of stock, utilising two man lifts and sack trucks where appropriateAssisting with the picking, labelling, packing and shipping of samples to customersGeneral department administrative tasks including post room dutiesAssist with maintenance duties for the site Essential Skills:Ability to drive the company vans between sites, preferred but not essentialStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
