KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Sample Technician for our client based in Chester.The working hours and days as a Samples Technician are: Monday- FridayMonday- Thursday 08:30- 16:00Friday 08:00- 16:00 The rate of pay as a Sample Technician is: £12.71- £13.00 p/h The duties and responsibilities as a Sample Technician are: Ability to accurately measure, mix, and prepare samples according to detailed formulationsStrong focus on precision to ensure consistent and accurate sample preparationAbility to follow instructions and maintain consistency in handling ingredientsProficiency in maintaining records, labelling, and tracking sample batchesAbility to interpret written instructions and provide updates on sample progressFamiliarity with food safety protocols, including proper handling of food-grade ingredients and cleaning standardsMaintain a clean and organised working areaFollow all site safety, hygiene and quality procedures The ideal candidate for a Sample Technician would need: Good attention to detailAble to follow instructions and repeat a process consistentlyBasic numeracy (reading weights, measurements, etc)Reliable, punctual and steady working approachAble to work independently once fully trainedExperience in manufacturing, food, lab, chemical or production environments is helpful but not essentialFamiliarity with food safety protocols, including proper handling or food-grade ingredients and cleaning standards would be a benefit but not requiredFull training ..... full job details .....
