Sameday Transport Planner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Sameday Transport Planner-to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional support, resolve queries efficiently, and promote our financial services offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a keen interest in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about our financial products and services
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting issues
• Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve service targets
• Follow compliance procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Part of the On Call Rota(Trainig provided)

Skills

• Experience or interest in financial services is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively including proiblem solving
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
• Adaptability to evolving processes and a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Knowledge of transport planning is desirable
• Worked in Sales or Call Centre Environments or Customer Facing roles is highly desirable
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
• Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
