About the role Join London College of Beauty Therapy''s commercial salon as a Salon Supervisor and Receptionist and play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience. As the first point of contact for clients, you will manage reception services, bookings, enquiries, and day-to-day salon operations, helping to create a professional environment that reflects industry standards. Working closely with salon and curriculum teams, you will support both the commercial success of the salon and the development of students studying Hair and Beauty programmes. By helping to create an authentic, real-world salon environment, you will enable students to gain valuable client-facing experience, develop professional and commercial skills, build their portfolios, and enhance their employability.
