About Niamo Nails Niamo Nails is a boutique nail salon in Bayswater, London, known for its high standard of finish, warm client experience, and excellent reputation with a loyal, growing clientele. We are looking for an organised, personable Salon Receptionist / Manager to be the welcoming face of the salon and to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. The Role This is a hybrid front-of-house and operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work as much as staying on top of the administrative and organisational side of running a busy salon. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage bookings, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon, working closely with the salon owner and technicians. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome clients, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Manage the appointment booking system (Fresha), including scheduling, confirmations, and rebookings Handle client enquiries in person, by phone, and online, responding promptly and professionally Take payments and manage end-of-day reconciliations and till procedures Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including stock levels, supply ordering, and supplier liaison Support rota planning and coordination of technician schedules Ensure the reception and salon areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all ..... full job details .....
