Start ASAP ideally August 2026.Hybrid Working - 3 days/week remote (WFH) + 2 days/week working from the office in Newbury. Paying up to £550/day (Outside IR35).Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a Salesforce integration programme: Hands on Salesforce Vlocity platform architecture design, development + implementation experience on Vlocity CPQ + Order Management.Implementing end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud + Community Cloud.Transforming business requirement into Salesforce Vlcoity functional/technical requirements specifications + solution design documentation.Requirements gathering, estimating scope of work, proposals + supporting pre-sales + conducting customer workshops during project discovery phase.Collaborating with key stakeholders to define client business needs + translate these into technical solutions.Expertise in Lead Management process, Quote to Cash, Case Management + Call Centre processes.Integration between Salesforce + other systems using SOAP + REST API.Experience of App Exchange products, Wave Cloud + Salesforce Vlocity Marketing preferred.Salesforce Vlcoity CPQ, OM certifications preferred. ..... full job details .....
