Salesforce Technical Lead/Consultant

You''ll be responsible for leading our Salesforce implementation programme, working alongside leadership, operational teams, implementation partners and technical specialists to ensure we deliver a platform that genuinely transforms the way we work. You''ll own programme governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement and business readiness, ensuring Salesforce becomes Embedded in everyday operations.What You''ll Be DoingYou''ll: Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation programme. Develop and own the project roadmap and delivery plan. Manage multiple workstreams across technology, operations and business change. Work closely with Salesforce implementation partners and hold suppliers accountable for delivery. Build strong relationships with senior operational leaders and executive sponsors. Chair programme governance meetings and Steering Groups. Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and decisions. Oversee budget management and programme reporting. Ensure business readiness, communications and user adoption. Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover planning and go-live activities.
