Salesforce System Manager (Non Profit)

OverviewMason Frank are currently partnered exclusively with a Global charity who are beginning their new Salesforce implementation. They are looking to bring in a SME to work alongside their Salesforce Partner. This role offers the perfect opportunity to remain hands on whilst managing an implementation and System!

Responsibilities

Maintain and build new Salesforce system alongside SF Partner

Support onboarding and Training of Salesforce Users

Act as internal and external SME for Salesforce

Manage data quality and assurance

Manage third party software such as Form Assembly

Qualifications

Hands on Salesforce Admin experience working hands on with configuration and flows

Salesforce Certified (Nice to have)

Non profit industry experience (Grant management nice to have)
