Salesforce Senior Technical Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that has been protecting children and supporting families for over a century, using innovation, technology and data to help deliver life-changing services. As the organisation continues to invest in its digital transformation, this newly created role will lead the development of its in-house Salesforce capability, taking ownership of a business-critical platform that underpins fundraising, supporter engagement and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Technology Platforms, you will provide technical leadership for the Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable and aligned with organisational priorities. You will lead the design, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Salesforce, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders and delivery partners to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The role will also involve establishing governance, release management and platform standards, overseeing integrations and data quality, monitoring platform performance, and acting as the senior technical authority for Salesforce across the organisation.
