Salesforce Reporting & Forecasting Lead
Location: London
Contract: 12 Months
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Reporting & Forecasting Lead to support a global sales organisation by building and enhancing reporting capabilities across sales operations, forecasting, invoicing, and portfolio management. This role will be responsible for creating trusted reporting solutions, developing executive-level dashboards, and driving reporting automation through modern AI and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Salesforce reporting solutions across the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through termination.
- Build Director and VP-level dashboards providing actionable insights into sales portfolio performance.
- Develop forecasting models, incentive spend analysis, and financial reporting.
- Create automated reporting processes using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Python-based automation.
- Partner with global stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Maintain reporting accuracy and support audit, regulatory, and control requirements.
- Analyse large multi-source datasets to deliver meaningful business intelligence.
- Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Support portfolio reporting across regions, account types, jurisdictions, and business functions.
Required Skills
- Strong Salesforce reporting and analytics experience.
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and forecasting.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI / data visualisation platforms.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Proven ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously.
- Experience delivering reporting for executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve reporting efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Snowflake or other modern data warehouse platforms.
- Financial Services, Payments, Banking, FinTech, or other regulated industry experience.
- Python scripting and reporting automation.
- Experience supporting global or multi-regional teams.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from the following sectors will be highly desirable:
- Payments
- Card Networks
- Merchant Services
Candidates with recent experience working for card payment networks, merchant acquirers, payment processors, or leading fintech payment organisations such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Worldpay, Fiserv, FIS, Global Payments, Stripe, Adyen, (url removed), and PayPal will be strongly preferred.
