Salesforce Marketing Cloud Operations Specialist Our client is in Non-For Profit sector with 5000+ staff across 8 regions and is looking for a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to own and optimise a high-impact supporter engagement platform. This is a technical operations role for someone who thrives in SFMC - building journeys, managing data, automating campaigns, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What you''ll be doing: Managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud BAU operations Building automated journeys in Journey Builder Creating audience segmentation using SQL andamp; Data Extensions Developing personalised email templates with HTML/CSS andamp; AMPscript Monitoring integrations, imports, and platform performance Managing Jira ticket queues and supporting internal superusers Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and platform governance What we''re looking for: Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience SQL and AMPscript skills Experience with marketing automation and campaign operations Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills SFMC Email Specialist certification is a bonus The details: Permanent role Once a month in the office (South West London) 35 hours per week Salary: ..... full job details .....
