Our client is seeking a Salesforce - Head of CRM and Data Management.Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, you will take full ownership of the organisation''s CRM and data ecosystem, managing it end-to-end across the business. You will play a key role in shaping CRM architecture while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity.Your expertise in data management will enable insight-led decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Through strong operational leadership, you will translate business objectives into scalable processes, automation, and actionable analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM OwnershipAdminister, configure, and optimise SalesforceOversee and optimise data migration from Acturis and Schemeserve systemsDesign scalable data models, including fields, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processesMaintain automations and ensure adherence to best-practice governanceManage profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controlsOwn the release cycle, including sandbox management, change sets, documentation, and user trainingLead the configuration and optimisation of the opportunity lifecycleData Management and GovernanceEstablish and maintain data handling standards and data dictionaries across systemsImplement robust data quality frameworks, including deduplication, enrichment, validation, and monitoringOwn integrations between Salesforce and core systemsEnsure compliance with data privacy standards and ..... full job details .....
