Salesforce Functional Lead

Robert Half Technology are assisting a leading AI Platform consultancy based in London to recruit a Salesforce Functional Lead on a 3-6 month contract basis, with an ASAP start. Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the London office.RoleThe Salesforce Functional Lead will lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, UAT and go-live.Prepare and deliver client presentations and workshops, confidently facilitating requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders.Analyse AS-IS business processes and work collaboratively with clients to define and document effective TO-BE processes.Own the Salesforce functional solution design, translating business requirements into scalable and best-practice Salesforce solutions.Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure functional requirements are effectively translated into the Salesforce platform.Configure Salesforce in line with the agreed solution design, delegating configuration activities to junior team members where appropriate.Support internal testing and client UAT, helping to identify, troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.Deliver training and knowledge-transfer workshops for clients and Salesforce Administrators.Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing functional expertise and supporting the analysis of business processes and requirements.Mentor and coach junior Salesforce consultants, helping to develop ..... full job details .....
