Salesforce Functional Consultant Rate - £700-£740 per day (Inside IR35, total to umbrella)Duration - 6 months initial (very likely to extend)Location - Midlands / Birmingham (2 day per week onsite)Overview:We''re working with a well-established organisation undergoing a major Customer Experience transformation programme. They''re implementing a brand-new CRM ecosystem built on Salesforce.This is not a pure architecture role, instead it''s a blended Architect / Functional Consultant position, focused on supporting delivery teams, advising on solutions and helping guide ongoing development and decision-making.The Role:You''ll sit within an agile delivery environment, acting as the bridge between architecture, functional design and engineering teams.Provide ongoing solution guidance across Salesforce and SAP integrationsAct as the subject matter expert for Salesforce across the programmeSupport developers with ad hoc design decisions and problem solvingEnsure alignment with the existing architecture (already defined)Contribute to solutioning and optimisation rather than greenfield designEngage with stakeholders across technology and business teamsThis role is less about defining architecture from scratch and more about hands-on consultancy, refinement and delivery support.Skills and Experience:We''re looking for someone who can operate across both architecture and functional domains:Strong experience across Salesforce Clouds:Service CloudSales CloudMarketing CloudExperience ..... full job details .....
