Salesforce Engineer/Administrator (Service Cloud)6 months £400-£500 A DAY (OUTSIDE IR35) We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer/Administrator to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our Salesforce Service Cloud environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Service CloudBuild and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation processesDevelop custom functionality using ApexManage data updates and integrations with external systemsSupport lead, opportunity and case management processesWork closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform improvementsRequirements:Strong experience with Salesforce Service CloudHands-on Apex development experienceExpertise in Salesforce FlowsExperience with integrations, APIs and event-driven data updatesUnderstanding of lead and opportunity management within SalesforceThis is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys a blend of administration, development and integration work within a fast-paced environment.Reasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
