Role - We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer/Lead to lead and optimise Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD and release management across a complex enterprise Salesforce environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Copado, Salesforce CI/CD, release management, deployment automation, environment management and Git-based source control, combined with the ability to establish robust DevOps governance and delivery standards. You will work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Product Owners and delivery teams to automate and streamline deployments across multiple Salesforce environments, improving release quality, security, governance and delivery efficiency within a highly regulated environment.
