We are looking for a Salesforce Development Team Lead with strong architectural capability to lead day-to-day engineering delivery, set technical direction, and build a high-performing in-house Salesforce team.This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and people leadership, sitting within a Salesforce Centre of Excellence and working closely with Product, Architecture and delivery partners.The RoleYou will act as the technical lead for the Salesforce development team, remaining close to the code while owning design quality, delivery standards and team capability.
