Join Barclays as a Salesforce Developer within Private Bank Wealth Management, supporting Project PRISM, a large-scale 2026 front-office productivity programme focused on integrating core systems, re-engineering processes, and enabling higher-value advisor activities. In this role, you will deliver primarily greenfield development on Salesforce, building backend microservices, API-led integrations, and orchestration layers that support scalable, resilient, and GenAI-enabled workflows across platforms such as Avaloq and enterprise data systems. Working in an agile environment, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality solutions aligned to key build milestones, with opportunities to extend into developing additional applications within the CLM domain. A strong Salesforce background, alongside experience in Java or similar programming languages, is highly desirable, with potential to grow into future leadership responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Strong, hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). A solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security framework, and declarative tools such as Flows. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
