Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team. This permanent role is based on a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in Bournemouth, London, or Stockport.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and APIs to support seamless customer and adviser journeysDeliver high-quality software through the full development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, release and ongoing supportLead the technical design of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, and AgentforceInvestigate and resolve complex production issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term improvementsCollaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutionsDrive engineering best practices, ensuring solutions meet quality, security, governance, and compliance standardsContribute to architectural discussions and technology decisions, helping shape the future direction of the Salesforce platformSupport and improve DevOps processes, including source-driven development, automated deployments and CI/CD practicesMentor and coach Software Engineers, sharing technical expertise and promoting continuous learning across the engineering communityEvaluate new Salesforce capabilities, AI innovations, ..... full job details .....
