Salesforce Developer - £600-675pd Inside IR35 DOE- 6 months+ - Hybrid working in Belfast ( 1 day per week)Looking for a number of Salesforce Developers to work as part of a collaborative, Agile environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce applications. You will also support and coach junior developers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and shared success. Key Responsibilities . Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and follow best practices. . Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery and adoption. . Lead and contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using tools such as Jira. . Manage client relationships with professionalism, clear communication, and a focus on value-driven outcomes. . Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a coaching mindset to build team capability. . Collaborate across disciplines - including consultants, analysts, and technical teams - to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions. . Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and maintain a commitment to continuous improvement. Required Skills andamp; Experience .
