The team you''ll be working with:As part of our growth, we seek a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist for our London Salesforce Practice. This role is crucial in driving data-driven innovations, insights, and decision-making for our enterprise clients.What you''ll be doing:Serve as the SME for Salesforce Data Cloud in NTTDATA UK, providing guidance on platform capabilities, use cases, costs, and best practices.Collaborate with Salesforce teams to identify opportunities leveraging Data Cloud.Lead design and implementation of Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.Architect and manage data models and integrations for seamless data flow.Provide technical leadership from requirements to delivery, adhering to best practices.Conduct workshops and training to promote knowledge sharing.Stay updated on Data Cloud advancements and industry trends.What experience you''ll bring:Proven experience as a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist, with knowledge of Data Cloud components.Experience with at least two full lifecycle Data Cloud implementations.Expertise in data architecture, flows, and integrations within Salesforce ecosystem.Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is required.Strong API and third-party integration experience.Proficiency in ETL, data migration, and cleansing.SQL skills for complex queries.Experience with cloud data warehouses/lakes and analytics tools.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience with additional Salesforce products and certifications is a plus.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of data security and compliance.Who we are:We are a global business empowering local teams with exciting, impactful work across consulting, cloud, and infrastructure services.
