Experience with CRM/Salesforce solution architecture. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems. Detail-oriented professional with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively to solve complex business and technical challenges. Act as a trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for customers. Provide thought leadership within the Public Sector and Energy andamp; Utilities industries. Lead business process redesign workshops, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints across multi-cloud implementations. Assess customer business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions. Contribute to target architecture, transition architecture, implementation roadmaps, and phased delivery plans.
