Salesforce CPQ Analyst with Sales Cloud Experience We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Analyst with strong Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise to support the design, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing administration of our Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and improve the efficiency of quoting, pricing, and sales processes. Key Responsibilities Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions. Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including products, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approval processes, and product rules. Support and optimise Sales Cloud functionality, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and related sales processes. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Gather requirements, document user stories, and create functional specifications. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems where required. Monitor system performance, data quality, and overall platform effectiveness. Provide user support, training, and guidance to business teams.
