Salesforce Change Management Consultant

Salesforce Change Management Consultant is required by a global digital transformation consultancy to join their team of Salesforce specialists. You will be responsible for: Developing and delivering change management strategies for Salesforce programmes. Working key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout delivery. Creating clear communication plans supporting Salesforce based organisational change initiatives. Designing and delivering training and user enablement. Tracking user adoption and readiness. Supporting senior leaders in driving awareness and buy-in for change initiatives. Working closely with Salesforce technical teams to embed change into delivery. Ensuring that Salesforce solutions are fully adopted after go-live and continuously improved. Required Skills andamp; Experience Experience in change management on large technology transformation projects. Good functional knowledge of Salesforce. Knowledge of a wide range of change management methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
